This recipe makes a delicious jam for the winter, which will resemble the taste of a hot, sunny summer, or just treat yourself to a little tasty tea or delicious pastry with the addition of jam.
We will need:
In a saucepan, boil water 1 liter, and next to put a pan with cold water. Then partly immerse the peaches, first in boiling water for 1 minute, and then in cold water. This will help to easily peel. Remove the peel and bones.
Then put the peaches in a saucepan without water, put on a slow fire and cook for about 20 minutes until the fruit is soft, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon.
Remove the pan from the fire, bring the submerged blender to a homogeneous mass, add all the sugar, mix well and return to a slow fire as it boils, cook for another 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally without a lid.
Then pour the hot jam over sterilized jars and roll up the sterilized lids, cover with a warm blanket and leave for a day. After, we remove in a dark cool place for storage.
